Tamara Cohen, PhD, RD
I understand and appreciate the complex interplay between diet and physical activity and how hard it can be to change and then maintain a lifestyle behaviour, in particular related to diet.
I completed my dietetics training at the School of Nutrition (McGill University).
I currently hold (2018- 2023) the R. Howard Webster Scientist in Nutrition and Lifestyle at the PERFORM Centre, a state-of-the art institute at Concordia University (Loyola Campus).
I am currently the University of British Columbia’s Director of Dietetics and an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems (January 2020- present).
