Welcome to the Nutrition and Eating Behaviour Lab (NEBLab)

Our research interests lie in health behaviours, specifically eating behaviours and weight management across the lifespan. We conduct qualitative studies (focus groups, semi-structured interviews) that inform larger randomized clinical trials.

The main themes of our lab are:

Creating new tools to help people adhere to dietary interventions

Health behaviours related to pregnancy and gestational weight gain

Health behaviours related to childhood and adolescent obesity

Eating behaviours, specifically intuitive eating
